This stainless steel Cycle Stop Valve constant pressure system is designed to provide steady water pressure while reducing pump cycling, without using a variable frequency drive. The package includes a CSV1A stainless steel Cycle Stop Valve and an Amtrol Well-X-Trol WX-103 pressure tank.
The system includes stainless steel components such as a check valve, nipples, plugs, manifold, hose bib, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve preset at 100 PSI, shutoff valve, mounting bracket and hardware, plus Teflon tape for stainless steel. The CSV1A automatically adjusts pump output to match variable flow requirements and handles 1 to 25 GPM.

This constant pressure system is supplied as an unassembled package with a CSV1A valve, WX-103 pressure tank, manifold components, and selected pressure switch.
Verify the selected pressure switch and manifold size before assembly.
Assemble the included stainless steel components, pressure tank, and CSV1A valve as required for your system layout.
Install the pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, shutoff valve, and other included fittings in their appropriate locations.
Set the Cycle Stop Valve pressure in relation to the pressure switch cut-in and cut-off settings as described in the product information.
Pressurize the system and check all connections for proper operation.
