Price Match Guarantee

Eligibility

• Same item: Identical brand, model/SKU, specification, and warranty.
• In stock: Competitor must have available stock ready to ship.
• Authorized seller: U.S. retailer recognized by the brand.
• Public price: Competitor’s price must be visible without login or membership.

What We Compare

• Item price plus shipping, handling, and required fees to your ZIP code.
• Sales tax excluded where required by law.

Exclusions

• Marketplace listings (Amazon Marketplace, eBay), auctions, liquidation, used/open-box, refurbished, or damaged items.
• Typographical errors, limited-time flash sales, doorbusters, or coupon-stacked deals.
• Membership, loyalty, subscription, or negotiated/quote-only pricing.
• Bundles including installation, free gifts, or gift-card incentives.
• International sellers or shipments outside the U.S.

MAP and Brand Policies

We comply with each brand’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. If a lower qualifying competitor price exists, we will match it via cart pricing or written quote when permitted.

Timing and Limits

• Request before purchase.
• Limit one price match per identical item purchased.

How to Request

1. Provide competitor URL and screenshot with price, item number, and availability.
2. Submit our Price Match Request form.
3. We will verify and respond with approval, an adjusted cart/coupon, or written quote.
