Important Information
Any well with a high static water level may allow the pump to operate off the curve and outside its recommended range. We recommend using a "Dole" flow restriction valve to throttle the pump to prevent upthrust damage to the pump and motor. The maximum flow must be restricted to within the pump's recommended operating range.
Goulds 10GS10412CL is a 4 inch stainless steel submersible well pump rated for 10 GPM, 1 HP, 230V, single phase, and 3-wire operation. This GS Series pump features a polished stainless steel casing, cast 303 stainless steel discharge head and motor adapter, a built-in check valve, and a floating impeller stack for sand handling. It is powered by a CentriPro motor with built-in lightning and surge protection and is designed for continuous operation within the motor manufacturer's working limits.
This 4 inch submersible well pump should be installed according to the Goulds GS Series instructions, with attention to its 230V single-phase 3-wire configuration and operating range.
