This 12x52 system listing includes a fiberglass mineral tank, 1 inch stainless steel by-pass, 1.5 cu. ft. of Katalox media, a sleeve of gravel, 1.05 inch riser tube, funnel, and cap. The system does not require a control box.

Installation Brief

This Katalox filter system is supplied with the Fleck 2510SXT AIO control valve, media, bypass, and fill accessories for system assembly.

  1. Confirm all included components are present, including the tank, Fleck 2510SXT AIO valve, bypass, Katalox media, gravel, riser tube, funnel, and cap.
  2. Place the fiberglass mineral tank in the intended installation position.
  3. Install the riser tube and add the supplied gravel and Katalox media to the tank using the funnel and cap.
  4. Attach the Fleck 2510SXT AIO digital control valve to the tank.
  5. Connect the 1 inch stainless steel by-pass and complete system connections.
  6. Check that all connections are secure before placing the system into service.
