water pressure by controlling when the well pump turns on and off in a 30/50 setup. In this setting, 30 psi
is the cut-in pressure where the pump turns on after pressure drops, and 50 psi is the cut-out pressure where
the pump turns off once the pressure tank reaches the set level, letting the switch start and stop the pump at
set pressure points depending on system settings, all without requiring a control box.
It is a good replacement when the problem is unreliable pump control or pressure cycling.
This pressure switch is set up as part of a water or well pump system using a 30/50 PSI range. Review the manufacturer instructions and confirm system compatibility before installation.
Turn off power to the pump system before beginning installation.
Remove the existing pressure switch if this is a replacement.
