Amtrol Well-X-Trol WX-103, 7.6 Gallon, Inline Water Pressure Tank

The Amtrol Well-X-Trol WX-103 is a 7.6 Gallon inline well pressure tank, or well tank, designed for compact installations and dependable well pump use where floor space is limited. It is pre charged at the factory at about 38 psi and stores compressed air to help maintain stable tank pressure. This pre-pressurized tank can be installed in closets, under sinks, and other tight locations, making it ideal for compact applications such as water heater thermal expansion and small pump setups for homeowners, contractors, and property managers. It features high strength steel construction, a seamless heavy-duty butyl diaphragm, polypropylene liner, stainless steel system connection, and a 150 psig pressure rating; the bladder design keeps air and water separated, while the diaphragm reduces air-water contact to help reduce maintenance as well as corrosion. This design minimizes cycling, supports pressure stability, and reduces wear on the pump.

This inline model needs no floor space, and can be conveniently installed in closets, under sinks, and tight locations. Bladder style tanks, a diaphragm/bladder tank type, maintain 100% separation between air and water for efficient, virtually maintenance-free performance, unlike older air-over-water tanks, and are built to work in conjunction with the pressure switch. Turbulator technology enhances water circulation in the tank.
