The WellMate WM-12 is a 40 gallon fiberglass bladder pressure tank with corrosion-proof composite construction and a seamless fiberglass-wrapped shell. It uses a blow-molded polyethylene inner liner, heavy-gauge polyurethane bladder, and high-impact PVC bottom inlet/outlet assembly. This model includes a 1 inch MNPT Quick Connect connection, rugged base, and H-clip retained quick connector for secure installation.

Installation Brief

The WellMate WM-12 is a fiberglass bladder pressure tank with a 1 inch MNPT Quick Connect connection and H-clip retention.

  1. Check the tank pressure before installation.
  2. Set the tank charge to 2 PSI below the cut-in setting of the pressure switch.
  3. Connect the tank using the 1 inch MNPT Quick Connect connection.
  4. Make sure the quick connector is fully retained by the H-clip.
  5. Confirm the pressure switch settings do not exceed a 20 PSI differential between cut-in and cut-out.
