Limited Lifetime Warranty

Covers defects in materials and workmanship for eligible Aqua Science–branded products under normal residential use, for as long as the original purchaser owns the product at the original installation address.
Scope
  • Who: Original retail purchaser with proof of purchase.
  • Where: Original installation address within the United States.
  • Products: Only items labeled “Limited Lifetime Warranty.” Other brands carry their own manufacturer warranties.
  • Transfer: Non-transferable.
What We Will Do
  • At our option: repair, replace with new/equivalent part, or refund purchase price less reasonable depreciation if repair/replace is not feasible.
  • Replacements may be new or remanufactured. Cosmetic variations that do not affect function are permissible.
Conditions
  • Installed and maintained per manuals, including pretreatment where specified.
  • Water quality within stated limits. Pretreatment or softening may be required.
  • Warranty registration within 60 days when indicated on the product page or documentation.
Retain invoices, serial numbers, and installation records for verification.
Exclusions
  • Improper installation, misapplication, oversizing/undersizing, or use contrary to manuals.
  • Abuse, neglect, impact, fire, flood, freezing, lightning, surges, sand/sediment, chemicals, scale, or biological fouling.
  • Consumables: filter media, cartridges, UV lamps/sleeves, seals, O-rings, gaskets, injector screens, anode rods.
  • Third-party accessories or modifications not supplied by Aqua Science.
  • Labor, diagnostics, removal/reinstall, travel, permitting, access costs.
  • Incidental or consequential damages, including property damage or lost revenue.
How to Make a Claim
  1. Collect proof of purchase, serial/model, installation date, and photos/video.
  2. Request RMA: support@aquascience.net or 800-767-8731.
  3. Complete requested diagnostics or provide additional media if asked.
  4. Ship item/components to the RMA address. Inbound shipping is customer’s responsibility.
  5. After inspection, we repair, replace, or refund per policy. Approved replacements ship at our expense.
Any implied warranties are limited as permitted by law. Some states do not allow limits or exclusions, so these may not apply. Governing law: State of Rhode Island.

Price Match Guarantee

We match the total delivered price on identical, in-stock items from authorized U.S. retailers that publicly display the price.
Eligibility
  • Same item: Same brand, model/SKU, specifications, and warranty.
  • Availability: Competitor shows in-stock and ready to ship within stated lead times.
  • Seller: U.S. authorized retailer for the brand.
  • Visibility: Price is publicly viewable without login or membership.
What We Compare
  • Item price plus shipping, handling, and required fees to your ZIP code.
  • Sales tax excluded where required by law.
Exclusions
  • Marketplace third-party listings, auctions, liquidation, used/open-box, refurbished, or damaged.
  • Typographical errors, obvious mistakes, limited-quantity flash sales, doorbusters, coupon stacks.
  • Membership/loyalty/subscription or negotiated/quote-only pricing.
  • Bundles with services/installation, free gifts, or gift-card value.
  • International sellers or shipments outside the U.S.
MAP and Brand Policies

We comply with each brand’s Minimum Advertised Price rules. If a lower qualifying competitor price exists, we match via cart pricing or a written quote when allowed by the brand’s policy.

Timing and Limits
  • Requests accepted before purchase or within 14 days after purchase.
  • Limit one price match per identical item purchased.
How to Request
  1. Provide competitor URL and screenshot showing price, item number, and availability.
  2. Email pricematch@aquascience.net or submit the Price Match Request form.
  3. We verify in real time and respond with approval, an adjusted cart/coupon, or a written quote.
  4. For completed orders, approved matches are refunded to the original payment method.
